Cancellation Policy
Booking Confirmation All bookings are confirmed once full payment has been received. By proceeding with a booking, you agree to the terms outlined below. Cancellation & Refunds: 1: Cancellations made at least 7 full days (1 week) before the scheduled booking date will receive a full refund, less any online card or payment processing fees. 2: Cancellations made within 7 days of the event or booking date will receive a 50% refund of the total amount paid. 3: Payment processing fees are non-refundable under any circumstances, as they are charged by third-party payment providers. No-Shows: Failure to arrive for a booking without prior cancellation will result in no refund. Changes to Bookings: 1: Requests to change a booking date or time must be made at least 7 days in advance and are subject to availability. 2: Changes requested within 7 days of the booking date may be treated as a cancellation. Refund Processing: Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days via the original payment method. Acknowledgement: By completing a booking, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted this booking and cancellation policy.
