Forget the standard pay per hour routine. Our scheduled sessions are a full blown two hour experience designed to take you from absolute beginner to target hitting pro. Whether you are coming solo or with a small crew, you are diving into a structured session built for skill building, high stakes games, and pure fun. The Full Experience Breakdown: 🪓 Technique and Training: We start with a solid coaching session to get your form dialled in. 🎯 90 Minutes of Pure Throwing: Once the training is done, it is all about the axes, the games, and the glory. 🛡️ Safety and Supervision: Expert instructors are on hand throughout to fuel the vibe and keep things sharp. ⏱️ The Perfect Buffer: We include a 15 minute wrap up at the end so you can finish your drinks and brag about your scores. Food and Drink: The party stays exactly where the action is. You have full access to our neighbors at Beerworks right on site at The Spice Yard. Purchase amazing gourmet pizzas, light snacks, craft beer, and cold drinks directly from them to enjoy throughout your session. Booking Information: Online Bookings Only: All spots must be booked through our online system to secure your place in the lineup. Limited Spaces: We cap every session at 30 people only to ensure everyone gets maximum throwing time. Once a slot is full, it is full. Cancellation Policy
AXE-O BOOKING TERMS & CONDITIONS BOOKING CONFIRMATION All bookings are confirmed once full payment has been received. By proceeding, you agree to these terms. MINIMUM GROUP SIZE A minimum of 6 participants is required per session, enforced at Axe-O's discretion. PARTICIPATION & SAFETY A mandatory safety briefing is held before every session. Participants must follow all safety instructions at all times. Axe-O reserves the right to remove any participant who is non-compliant, under the influence of alcohol or substances, or behaves unsafely — no refund will be issued. Any damage caused by negligent behaviour may be charged to the client. AGE POLICY & EQUIPMENT Children under 10 will use specialised rubberised axes. Participants aged 10+ may use standard axes, but staff reserve the right to switch them to child-friendly equipment on the day. All under-18s must be accompanied by a responsible adult who accepts liability on their behalf. INDEMNITY & LIABILITY Participants engage in axe throwing at their own risk. Axe-O is not liable for injury, death, property damage, or aggravation of pre-existing conditions. All participants must sign an indemnity waiver before throwing. CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS Cancelled within 48 hours: charged in full, no refund. Cancelled within 14 days: 50% refund. Cancelled 14+ days before: full refund less processing fees. Processing fees are non-refundable. No-shows: no refund. CHANGES TO BOOKINGS Changes must be requested at least 3 days in advance. Changes within 3 days may be treated as a cancellation. SESSION RESCHEDULING Axe-O may reschedule sessions where necessary. Clients will be contacted where possible. Handled case by case. FORCE MAJEURE Axe-O is not liable for disruptions due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g. load shedding, weather). We will make reasonable efforts to reschedule. REFUND PROCESSING Approved refunds processed within 7–10 business days via original payment method or EFT.
