The Team That Throws Together. Your team gets the range to itself for two hours of coached, scored competition at The Spice Yard in Salt River, Cape Town, with your company logo on the target. It is the quickest way to find out who in accounts has the best aim and who in marketing just talks a big game. Works for year-end functions, client entertainment and strategy-day breakouts. Bigger teams of up to 50 on request 🧾 We send a formal quote and invoice Food and drinks 🍕 Optional add-ons from The Doppery / BeerWorks across the corridor: pre-ordered gourmet pizzas from R165 each, a prepaid bar tab, or a braai or potjie for the group. R350 per person for a 2-hour private team tournament, or R315 per person from 15 guests. Catering is quoted separately. How many people can attend? From 8 up to 30 people per session. Can we brand the event? Yes. Every corporate booking includes a custom target with your logo, and you can bring your own branding. Can you cater for the team? Yes. The Doppery / BeerWorks supplies pizza, drinks, braai and potjie options. A 25% service charge applies to food and drink only. Do you issue a quote and invoice? Yes. Cancellation Policy
AXE-O BOOKING TERMS & CONDITIONS BOOKING CONFIRMATION All bookings are confirmed once full payment has been received. By proceeding, you agree to these terms. GROUP SIZE Book a Lane: 1 to 4 throwers per lane. Join the Tournament: up to 30 throwers per session. Private events (corporate, team building, bachelors, bachelorettes and groups): 8 to 30 guests, with up to 50 for corporate events on request. Kids parties: minimum 8 children. PARTICIPATION & SAFETY A mandatory safety briefing is held before every session. Participants must follow all safety instructions at all times. Axe-O reserves the right to remove any participant who is non-compliant, under the influence of alcohol or substances, or behaves unsafely, and no refund will be issued. Any damage caused by negligent behaviour may be charged to the client. Closed shoes are recommended for all ages. AGE POLICY & EQUIPMENT Children under 10 use specialised rubberised axes. Participants aged 10 and older may use standard axes, but staff reserve the right to switch them to child-friendly equipment on the day. All under-18s must be accompanied by a responsible adult who accepts liability on their behalf. INDEMNITY & LIABILITY Participants engage in axe throwing at their own risk. Axe-O is not liable for injury, death, property damage, or aggravation of pre-existing conditions. All participants must sign an indemnity waiver before throwing. CANCELLATIONS All cancellations must be sent to Chantelle on WhatsApp at 084 061 7888. Cancellations sent through any other channel will not be accepted. More than 72 hours before your booking: free to cancel. Within 72 hours of your booking: a 50% cancellation charge applies. No-shows are not refunded. REFUNDS Refunds are processed through our payment gateway and can take up to 14 days to reflect in your account. IF WE GOT IT WRONG If the mistake was on our side, you can choose to reschedule instead of taking a refund, and we will add 2 extra spots to your booking free of charge. SESSION RESCHEDULING Axe-O may reschedule sessions where necessary and will contact you where possible. FORCE MAJEURE Axe-O is not liable for disruptions due to circumstances beyond our control (such as load shedding or weather). We will make reasonable efforts to reschedule.
